STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) makes creators, thinkers, problem solvers, innovators, inventors and empower children in so many other important ways.

MSB Dar es Salaam, Pre-primary section had organized STEM fest on Saturday, 18th August 2018 in which students of kg.1, kg.2 and kg.3 participated. All the MSB parents were invited for it. Children dressed as scientists, engineers and mathematicians got the opportunity to exhibit 20 different STEM projects. Through the STEM fest, children got the platform to be creative, develop communication skills, build teamwork, enhance their knowledge and be passionate about different STEM concepts.

All the children confidently presented and explained their projects to the parents/visitors. Parents appreciated the student’s confidence and understanding of the concepts. They thanked MSB staff for putting on lot of effort in organizing first ever STEM fest and giving chance to the Nursery children to showcase their various talents. Overall, it was a fest filled with fun and project based learning.
